Our promise to our customers: A problem-free refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) should you, for any reason, be less than 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Return Instructions for Online Orders
You may return your EastlandShoe.com order for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items that are to be returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and they must be in their original Eastland box and packaging. Worn or damaged shoes cannot be returned for a refund. Simply complete the Returns & Exchanges Section on the Packing List you receive with your order and enclose it with the items that you are returning. Next, attach the pre-addressed mailing label that we have provided, and send your package to us by an insured parcel service such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Please keep the tracking number and shipping receipt. When we have received and inspected your returned shoes, we will refund the credit card used for the original purchase for the price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes.
Exchange Instructions for Online Orders
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different style or size, simply place a new order on our website for the shoes that you want. This will get your new shoes shipped fast, while we process your returned shoes that weren't quite right. We will waive the shipping & handling charge on your Exchange order - please use the free shipping Promotional Code printed on the back of your Packing List in the appropriate box on our Shopping Bag page. Your credit card will be charged for this new order. Next, return to us the shoes that you do not want for a full refund. Remember, you may return your EastlandShoe.com order for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. CREDITS
Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the original purchase. While we will process your return as quickly as possible, please note that it can take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCT PURCHASED IN A RETAIL STORE
We take pride in every pair of shoes that we make. Therefore, all Eastland products are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects (Eastland does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer). If your shoes are defective and it is necessary to replace your footwear, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department. Please send us an email through the CONTACT US link above and we promise to help you satisfactorily resolve the problem. In the email, describe the problem you have experienced (such as the style name, stock number, date purchased, problem experienced, etc.), and include your name, address, and telephone number. Please also let us know the name, city, and state of the store at which you purchased the shoes. Once we have this information, our Customer Service Department will be able to help you resolve the problem. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the merchandise back to us. (Please note that we reserve the right to send you a similar style if the one you return is no longer in stock.)
If a member of our Quality Assurance Team determines that your shoes are not defective, we will return them to you as soon as possible.
