Our promise to our customers: a problem-free refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) should you, FOR ANY REASON, be less than 100 percent satisfied with your purchase.
Return Instructions for Online Orders
You may return your order for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Items that you return must be in the condition that you received them and in the original Eastland box and packaging. Since shoes showing wear or damage cannot be returned for a refund, please try your shoes on indoors and keep your original Eastland box and packaging.
You will need a Return Authorization Number before you can return your shoes. To initiate a return, please email your name, order number, address, and telephone number to our Customer Service Department or call (207) 865-6314 for a Return Authorization Number. When your shoes are received and inspected, we will apply a refund to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Exchange Instructions for Online Orders
You may exchange your order for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Items that you exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original Eastland box and packaging. Since shoes showing wear or damage cannot be exchanged, please try your shoes on indoors and keep your original Eastland box and packaging.
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different style or size, please first email your name, order number, address, and telephone number to our Customer Service Department or call (207) 865-6314 to request a Return Authorization Number. Then simply place a new order for the shoes you want on our website. Your credit card will be charged for the new order. Once you have your Return Authorization Number, return the shoes to us for a full refund. When your shoes are received and inspected, we will apply a refund to the credit card used on the original order for the purchase price of the item(s) plus a UPS Ground shipping credit (and any applicable taxes). We apologize, but we are unable to perform a true exchange for your EastlandShoe.com purchase.
CREDITS
Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the original purchase. While we will process your return as quickly as possible, please note that it can take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCT PURCHASED IN A RETAIL STORE
We take pride in every pair of shoes that we make. Therefore, all Eastland products are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects (Eastland does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer). If your shoes are defective and it is necessary to replace your footwear, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department. Please send us an email through the CONTACT US link above and we promise to help you satisfactorily resolve the problem. In the email, describe the problem you have experienced (such as the style name, stock number, date purchased, problem experienced, etc.), and include your name, address, and telephone number. Please also let us know the name, city, and state of the store at which you purchased the shoes. Once we have this information, our Customer Service Department will be able to help you resolve the problem. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the merchandise back to us. (Please note that we reserve the right to send you a similar style if the one you return is no longer in stock.)
If a member of our Quality Assurance Team determines that your shoes are not defective, we will return them to you as soon as possible.
