Care for Your Eastland Shoes
Eastland Shoes are made for long lasting comfort and durability, but you can lengthen the lifetime and improve the fit of your new footwear with a few simple tips on leather shoe care.

Our casual shoes and boots are made from premium, tanned leathers. To retain the natural character of the full grain leather, the briar marks, scratches and minor color variations have not been buffed. The natural fats and oils may surface as a white film on the outside of a new shoe. This "bloom" is a natural mark of quality and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Occasionally some colors will transfer from the leathers to socks.
Leather Shoe Care Tips from Eastland Shoes
Clean and Polish leather shoes regularly, with quality shoe care products, preferably all-natural products that allow leather to breathe. Silicone based products sit on top of the leather.

Waterproof your casual shoes and outdoor leather boots with a quality shoe care product to protect your footwear from water, snow and salt stains.

Condition your Eastland Shoes to keep the leather soft and supple, to prevent cracks and to maintain a comfortable fit. Use a quality leather conditioning oil or lotion.

Store your leather shoes on Cedar Shoe Trees to absorb excess moisture and retain the shape of the leather. Do not put leather shoes near direct heat. Allow 12-24 hours between wearing for leather to completely dry.

Shoe Repair before minor problems become permanent damage, take your Eastland Shoes to your local shoe repair shop.
