To tie the perfect Eastland Knot®, lace normally with even lengths.

The closer you start to the eyelet, the tighter your shoes will fit.


1. Make a 1" to 1 1/4" loop. Bring the end of the lace around the loop.		2. Twist the lace around the loop four to seven times.

3. Slide the end of the lace through the loop		4. To finish the Eastland Knot®, slide the rolls toward the end of the lace, then pull tight.
