HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You may return your EastlandShoe.com order up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
Please follow these instructions to return your shoes to us:
1. CHECK YOUR SHOES
Items that are to be returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and they must be in their original Eastland box and packaging. Worn or damaged shoes cannot be returned for a refund.
2. PACK YOUR SHOES
Simply complete the Returns & Exchanges section on the Packing Slip Receipt you receive with your order and enclose it with the items that you are returning.
3. PRINT YOUR LABEL
You can print a shipping label via the link below. Please note - we will deduct $7.00 from your refund for the return shipment:
If you choose to return your items via another shipping carrier, then we recommend that you insure your shipment or send your shoes via a trackable method.
6. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
When your shoes are received and inspected, we will
apply a refund to the credit card used to make the
original order for the purchase price of the
item(s) and any applicable taxes. Please note
that refunds can only be posted to the credit
card used to make the original purchase.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different style or size,
simply follow these instructions:
1. PLACE NEW ORDER
Place a new order on our website for the shoes that you want.
This will get your new shoes shipped fast, while we process
your returned shoes that weren't quite right.
2. GET FREE SHIPPING
When placing your order, enter the free shipping
promotional code (printed on your Packing Slip Receipt) on the
checkout page and we will waive the shipping & handling fee.
3. SEND BACK YOUR SHOES
Follow the steps above to return the shoes that you would like
Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be
issued for the original purchase price and any applicable taxes. We will process your return as
quickly as possible, but please note that it can take one or more billing cycles for your credit to
appear after your return has been processed.
PROBLEMS WITH ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN A RETAIL STORE
We take pride in every pair of shoes that we make. Therefore, all Eastland products are guaranteed
against material and manufacturing defects. Eastland does not guarantee wear and tear or any
damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
If you find that your shoes are defective beyond normal wear and tear, simply follow these
instructions to contact our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization Number.
1. LET US KNOW
Please send us an email through our Contact Us link and we promise to help you satisfactorily resolve
the problem. In the email, describe the problem you have experienced. Make sure to include:
- Your Name
- Daytime Phone Number
- Style Name (for example: Women's Falmouth)
- Style Number (for example: 3365-04M)
- Date Purchased
If purchased in a retail store, please also let us know the Name, City, and State of the store.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the merchandise back to us.
3. SHIP TO EASTLAND
Follow the instructions you receive from the Customer Service Representative who responds
to your email and return your shoes to:

A member of our Quality Assurance Team will determine if your shoes are defective. If so, a replacement pair
will be sent to you. Please note that we reserve the right to send you a similar style if the one you return is no
longer in stock. If your shoes are not defective, we will return them to you as soon as possible. We do our best
to respond within 2 weeks after receiving your shoes.
OUR GOAL IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION.
